Part A - Feedback Questionnaire
Part A of this assessment is a group task and requires teamwork with other students.
In collaboration with your team members, develop a list of questions that you can use to get more detailed information from the business stakeholders. These questions will be used to clarify the project requirements and to make sure that all possible web options are considered. The answers to these questions will confirm business-critical factors relating to the organisation.
Include both open and closed questions and present them as a questionnaire.
Present the feedback questionnaire to your facilitator who will act as your client and answer the questions. Submit the completed questionnaire (as filled in by your facilitator).
Students may use an online survey tool such as Google Forms (this can be integrated into your ePortfolio - see the tutorial provided - https://youtu.be/IqiXkGo6-AQ - Survey Monkey or a softcopy using a program of choice.
