Considering the effect of CSR policies on productivity, a case of Spanish Micro and Small manufacturing companies as posited by (Sanchez & Hernandez, 2015), juxtaposing this effect with the need for employees to get adequate reward for their labour, would you say there is a direct link between CSR and staff motivation to improve productivity?
