Something to think about - would you hire a candidate if they did not do well in their interview? Why or why not?
According to Noe et al. (2018), decision-makers may use a compensatory model to make decisions. A compensatory model is a process of arriving at a selection decision in which a very high score on one type of assessment can make up for a low score on another. For example, the candidate did not do well in their interview, but their personality test (or other tests given by the organization) shows that they are a fit for the position.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
