Assignment
Each student will interview a school administrator and write a 2 to 3-page paper (double-spaced) on a legal/ethical issue or problem that is memorable for the administrator. To earn the maximum possible points, please use these interview questions.
1) Describe relevant facts about the administrator and obtain his/her account of a memorable legal/ethical issue at school.
2) Was the administrator aware of the law and ethical rules that applied to the issue/problem?
3) Would the administrator have handled the matter differently with a better knowledge of the applicable law and ethical rules?
4) How you would have handled the matter?
5) Justify your response to #4 by citing specific applicable law and ethical provisions in your reasoning
