The topic is the muscular system and, more specifically, muscle fibers. This forum asks you to determine the percentage of each of the three fibers, and I thought this recent article was a good addition to this topic. The study analyzes samples collected from individuals with the same exercise method. After reading the article, Is this helpful information for healthcare/treatment? Would knowing this info about yourself change anything you do? Explain your choices.
