Discussion:
Worker Oriented Job Analysis
Choose a past or present job and conduct either a job-oriented or person-oriented job analysis, using a methodology of your choice.
Method: Please state which methodology you chose to base your analysis on, and explain how you approached your analysis. It may not be possible to carry out each step of the formal approach and you should adapt where necessary, however you should also explain what you would have done if you had all resources available.
Results: You should provide a formal section reflecting your findings from the job analysis. The specific elements you include should reflect your methodology. For example, if you chose to do your analysis using the Job Components Inventory, you should include "use of tools and equipment" as part of your results.
