Problem: In the context of community services;
Can I please have a few different examples of Work Plans for a team or group of individuals drawn up? I am trying to look at different types for different days/activities, plus the different types of information in each.
In each Plan, it must have the following:
- effective procedures to maximize staff work performance
- strategies for collaboration and cooperative work practices
- strategies for work performance and outcomes
- identification of barriers and constraints and development of strategies to address them
