If the coordinates were (0,0) and they were in the second circle they would return a value of 65%. Within each circle, the central green area ranges from 50.01% to 100% depending on the shade of green (lighter is less, and the black dot represents 100%). If they fall within the orange portion it is 0.01% to 50%. This is also based on the shade of orange.
