Problem:
Maura is working undercover with a confidential informant who has good connections in the drug world. He tells Maura that he can get her into a private party given by one of the biggest drug dealers in town if the police department will give him $100 for his services. She agrees and is she is able to get access to the party. Although she does observe drugs being used, she keeps her eyes open for a large stash. She goes into the bathroom to use her phone and when pulls back the shower curtain to be sure she is alone, she is surprised to see coffee filters, funnels, rubber tubing, aluminum foil, and various other equipment she knows is used to make methamphetamine. She calls her back up crew and they immediately arrive, break down the door and seize the articles for the "meth lab" as well as all illicit drugs. Will the equipment and drugs be admitted into evidence?
