Wikiman's objective to dominate the e commerce market in Russia and former Soviet Union countries is realistic. However, this can only be achieved if the company continues to improve its IT. They are already aware of this as majority of their spending is on technology. This is important in this internet industry as everything is reliant on the technology from the retailers side to the experience of customers. Marketing is also important in order to reach and entice more users to use the Wikimart platform. Thankfully with the presence of social media, the marketing playing field has somehow leveled. With a creative and innovative marketing strategy, Wikimart can attract more users to the platform. They can even do this in less expensive ways as before. With a good marketing strategy, more customers will be in the platform. With a robust IT structure, customers would have better experience using it. Retailers would also have a better time in fulfilling customer orders. With more customers and a more convenient platform, more retailers would even join Wikimart. This would even invite more customers to the platform as well as increase customer usage too
