i. Why will Blockchain transform finance and business in Africa? Why will it not?
ii. Will the deployment of Blockchain be led by governments or will it be led by entrepreneurs? If governments, what are the incentives for governments to do so versus what are their concerns? If entrepreneurs, what are their biggest challenges and who are the stakeholders they need to convince? And what would a multi-stakeholder model to implementation look like and who would, theoretically, lead the charge?
iii. What are the most critical issues that Blockchain technology needs to overcome in order to ignite positive change? How good is the technology? What does governance look like? And what does the technology mean for society, global markets, and emerging economies?
