Pick an authentic New Mexican dish. Research the history of the dish, including the creation, adaptations, uses (celebrations). Make sure to research the individual ingredients. Was the dish used for comfort, healing, religiously? Take photos of your foray into the kitchen and put together a short presentation for the class.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
