Problem: Behaviorism has been used to change personal habits. Think of a habit you'd like to change (e.g., stop smoking, exercise more, watch less TV). Count the frequency of that behavior over the past week, noting reinforces for each instance. Then and only then, think of a substitute behavior, and a new reinforcer for it. If you were to "actually" try to change that behavior, why type of reinforces would you need? Why or why wouldn't this work? Please include citation
