For example, in many countries, the legal voting age is 18, which means those below this age cannot participate in the democratic process. This evidence supports the claim by demonstrating that young people are not sufficiently included in making important political decisions. When we leave out their voices, we continue a system that doesn't consider their ideas and worries.
