Why ppi might or might not helpful for increasing happiness


Problem

You are invited to try the seven types of positive psychology interventions (PPIs) outlined by Chowdhury (2021), and then report on your experiences. You may design your own PPIs based on these seven types. You are also welcome to do further reading for examples. The seven types of PPI's are Savoring, Gratitude Interventions, Kindness Boosters, Empathy, Optimistic Interventions, Strength-Building Measures, Meaning Oriented. The PPI's are described in this article: "19 Best Positive Psychology Interventions + How to Apply Them" by Madhuleena Roy Chowdhury.

Include the following for each PPI:

a) Explanation of how you can implemented it
b) Your experience before, during, and afterwards
c) Discussion of how and why PPI might or might not be helpful for increasing your own happiness
