Why patient has developed circulatory shock

Problem: A patient has developed circulatory shock secondary to an injury that caused blood loss. You have the following four drugs available to treat the patient. Adrenaline; Atropine; Acetazolamide (a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor); Desmopressin (a vasopressin analogue) Describe how you would use these drugs to successfully treat this patient. Frame your answer in terms of the three compensatory mechanisms studied in activity 7 (altered pre-load, contractility and afterload), Explain how each of the drugs influences these three mechanisms. If there is no effect, explain why there is no effect. If you would not use one of these drugs, explain why. Indicate if there are limitations to a particular drug or possible conflicting effects. Assume that this patient is otherwise healthy. Assume that this is occurring at sea level. Your answers should flow from the material in this course. External research is not required; indeed it is frowned upon for this question. Do not provide an obscure answer that is not related to the course content. This question requires logical thought, not research.
