Describe why is leadership the important element in strategy implementation?
Consider about any two leaders you have known, one effective (that is, "good") and one ineffective (i.e., "bad"). For example, think about "best" boss you have ever had and "worst" boss you have ever had. Next, prepare list of traits, practices, characteristics, etc. which cause you to consider one of them to a "good" leader and other to be a "bad" leader. Or we can say, write down the traits, practices, characteristics, etc. which cause you to consider one of them to be "good" leader and th other to be "bad" leader?
