There is a lot written about how to coach or discipline problem employees. How does Hackman's approach to expert coaching of teams differ from coaching individual employees? Explain.
Question 2. According to Hackman, why is the timing of coaching critical? What does he suggest about the timing of expert coaching? Explain.
