Based on the arguments for and against the expansion of the Supreme Court and the historical changes to the Court (including FDR's proposed expansion plan), do you think the size of the Court should be changed? Explain Why or why not? If you feel that the Court should remain at nine members or if he Court should expand/contract, why is that the best option for the government?
