Why is project management crucial in today's world and Identify the different stages of a project life cycle and discuss?
Project management is crucial due to the large intricacies that are just now an integral part of today's world. The projects undertaken today, are more ambitious, more elaborate, and more impactful than ever before. To be able to successfully reach the end goal of a team, there must be a project manager. Someone who creates milestones, has clear paths to those milestones, and understands the actual amount of time it takes to be able to accurately estimate the completion dates. Using the SMART strategy of a goal being specific, measurable, assignable, realistic, and time-related is the best way to analyze a situation to better reach the milestone/goal.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
