• Look at the scene, identify each potential easement, number and list them in your answer. (Hint: there are more than 4 possible easements and less than 9.)
Example: The wildlife preserve on parcel G may be protected by a conservation easement. This is an example of a governmental easement that will "run with the property" when sold. Any potential owner needs to understand this when looking to purchase the property. This could cause the land to be less valuable and sell at a lower price because it is unusable land.
