Why getting enough protein become a little more challenging


Problem: With age and life changes, nutrition and especially getting enough protein has become a little more challenging. I have teetered back and forth with the pescatarian lifestyle. With respect to specific changes, I will start to track my protein to ensure I consume enough to match my body weight.
