Why does time impact ethical decision-making

Assignment task: Why does time impact ethical decision-making?

Let's take the invasion of Iraq after 9/11. President Bush and Congress used faulty information to launch the attack on Iraq. The suspected weapons of mass destruction were never found. Although many other human rights violations were uncovered the basic premise for this war was not true. Although his ties to terrorists were real was it enough to launch the invasion? We were already fighting in Afghanistan.

Was it right? Did Bush ever explain his rationale for invading Iraq? We found no weapons.

What about some other decisions that were made?  The killing of terrorist number one Osama Bin Laden?

Who is responsible for the collateral damage or the innocent loss of lives after drone attacks?

Let's take a look at the current border crisis. What is ethical about holding people on the border in the manner in which is taking place daily?
