Topic: Think of your current or prior work experience.
With that context in mind, what sources of power do you personally pull from? Why do you believe that is the case? Remember to define, in your own words, the source of power you mention.
Do leverage the textbook though in making sure you are connecting properly to the topics. Also, note that I stated "sources" of power (plural).
Often people have more than one type / source of power, or may want to build out additional sources / types of power.
Use this as a reflection opportunity!

Major components (including an introduction on your topic, brief description of company, research and analysis, examples, etc..). Any use of illustrations, charts, and/or graphics included here (optional).
Reference page (minimum of three references). Remember your textbook can count as one reference!
The paper must be written in APA format and be a minimum of 3-4 pages, 3 references
