Q16. How comfortable are you dealing with people who are _________________?? This question could pertain to any agency population dealing with severe personal problems-e.g., drug addiction, sexual abuse/assault, or HIV.
Q17. Is there anything from your past or happening now that could interfere with your work here? For example, if you want to work with families, don't be surprised if the interviewer asks if you have any unresolved issues with your own family.
