Question(s): Why does China's service trade suffer a huge deficit?

The main focus and the area on where they strive is manufacturing. The whole economy structure is based on producing and manufacturing goods. The services of trade are not priority and the lack of deficit is due to the tourism. As the largest group of international tourists, one out of every ten international tourists is no Chinese (Global Business, Peng, Pg150). There are also other factors such as culture differences, lack of knowledge, and manpower.
