Why Change Management Fails

The principal difference between the changes of today and the changes of previous generations and centuries is the exponential pace upon which change is occurring.
The purpose of this assignment is to develop analytical skills, while reviewing assigned videos or reading materials related to the module topic. Before you begin this assignment, be sure to review the following video:

After reviewing the video, write and submit a critical review of approximately 250-300 words. Make sure to follow the APA style (6th edition) for your submission. In particular, assess the key points or statements made within the video and how they have impacted your viewpoints and understanding. Moreover, include additional information that is related to this video that would help expand upon the lessons learned. In other words, add to the overall subject matter discussed. Use the APA format for all citations of additional sources.

Compose your work using a word processor (or other software as appropriate) and save it frequently to your computer. When you're ready to submit your work, click Browse My Computer and find your file. Once you've located your file click Open and, if successful, the file name will appear under the Attached files heading. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Submit and you're done. Be sure to check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors before you post it.
