Use the knowledge gained in this course and from any additional resources to determine what city (metropolitan area) is currently most at risk to suffer a devastating flash flood with significant loss of life and property damage. You may choose any location in the world. Your answer will be evaluated based on the validity of the city chosen and the justification of your answer. In other words, you should concisely address why the location you have chosen is, in your opinion, most at risk.
