Assignment Task: This is a reflection paper assignment. Please complete the readings for the lesson. Based on the readings and videos provided in this module, as well as your personal and professional experience, answer the following questions:
1. Identify the most important principles behind building and developing innovative teams?
2. Identify why are teams so important to innovation and entrepreneurship in an organization or startup?
3. Identify what you believe can be done to encourage team innovation and make teams innovative?
4. Select three factors from the readings (e.g., team composition, innovation methods, co-location, team roles, etc.) that influence team innovation that is most important to you and/or your work environment. Define each factor and briefly explain why you selected those three.
5. Elaborate on at least one principle of innovative teams that you learned from the course materials, that you hadn't thought of before, or for which you gained new insights.
6. Explain two potential barriers, or inhibitors, to creating innovative teams. Then explain how you believe they might be overcome them.
7. Reflection papers should be typewritten and approximately 500 to 1000 words in length. Ensure that you have provided a summary of the context, an answer to the questions and are using appropriate grammar, mechanics and citations/reference in APA style
