Reflective Journals -Syllabus
A core goal for this class is to facilitate your reflection on the issue of diversity and your thoughts about thereadings. At the end of each week you will submit 300 to 500 words of reflection on the issues presented andreadings. I want to hear your reactions to the material and how they can be applied/seen in your life andworkplace. Your entries will be submitted each week through the Weekly Reflection Journal link available in aweekly module via Blackboard. These journals can be written in an informal, journalistic, reflective andpersonal style. This is in contrast to other written assignments for this class, which should be formal andprofessional.
For this week's journal reflection, I would like you to think about your current place of work or a previous employer. How diverse and inclusive is/was it when it comes to employees with disabilities?
