2. A male physician refers to a nurse as "sweetie" or "baby."
3. Two male surgical technicians in the OR are overheard by a third female surgical technician exchanging sexually oriented jokes.
Step 2:
1. Under what conditions (if any) do you think each of the scenarios listed in Step 1 constitute sexual harassment?
2. Keep in mind the three main ways sexual harassment can be proved, as well as the steps the employee should take to alert management.
