In this case, the goal is to avoid any form of contamination and negative impacts, particularly from hazardous material, mainly if they have not been appropriately handled. Following proper waste management and disposal allows organizations to safely discharge toxic wastes without any risk of environmental pollution and thus ensuring protection for both employees involved or working for the organization and communities around in general. This paper will focus on analyzing the case "Electroplater Who Claims He Has No Hazardous Waste" to understand the organization's inability and its leadership to dispose of toxic wastes and protect people around them properly.
