Lab Assignment: Electricity and Electronics
Research and Problem Solving in Electricity
In this Lab Assignment (LA) you will do research and problem solving in Electricity. It is an exploratory assignment.
You will conduct research on Charge (Q), Voltage (V) and Current (I) and their applications. Conducting research means, review the articles, websites, and/or study materials on subject Charge, Voltage, and Current and understand the applications. I have provided some relevant website links for your research study. You may search other websites or refer related books or articles that might be available in the Library.
To Do
Once you are done with your research, write a report on the following.
Charge (at least 250 words. You may add figures and equations)
1. Define Charge
2. Who discovered Charge and when
3. The progress and research activities on Charge around the World
4. Why Charge is important in our field and what can be done with it?
5. Symbol and Units of Charge
6. Some applications of Charge
7. Mention one application that you may be doing/designing in future
Voltage (at least 250 words. You may add figures and equations)
1. Define Voltage
2. Who discovered Voltage and when
3. The progress and research activities on Voltage around the World
4. Why Voltage is important in our field and what can be done with it?
5. Symbol and Units of Voltage
6. Some applications of Current
7. Mention one application that you may be doing/designing in future
Current (at least 250 words. You may add figures and equations)
1. Define Current
