Based on the Kansas City Chiefs Instagram please help answer the following:
Publics: Who appears to be the target audiences? Provide examples to support your assertion (photos, captions, etc).
Goals & Objectives: What appear to be potential overarching public relations strategic theme and outreach goals of the content posted?
Design: What themes do you see that are similar among the posts, and what differences are immediately recognizable? Discuss whether or not these posts appear to be on-brand for the organization and meeting perceived engagement objectives.
Sentiment: Conduct a sentiment analysis (chapter 3) of both franchises. Is sentiment in the comments by fans generally positive? Neutral? Negative? Determine three steps the organization could take to move the strategy forward in a more positive way.
