The method of training used can affect the behavior and cognitive learning of the audience; therefore, in meeting the needs of the audience, you must consider the various methods of how training is delivered. Of the traditional types of methods, which would you select for your organization? Why?

Personally, I would choose the on the job training method. I think this method caters to all different learning types, and you are literally learning the position you are going to do while training. Sometimes training can be in a classroom setting with videos and PowerPoints, which offers valuable information, but I personally believe in hands on, learning the exact job you are required to do. It can be hard to implement what was learned in a classroom setting, so offering on the job training would be ideal in my opinion. It offers one-on-one training, or training in a very small group which can cater to everyone's learning styles and really gives them a first-hand look at what they will be doing in their position.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
