Which was not ideal in a clandestine situation

Problem

Counter argue: The National Security Agency is a Title 10 military agency whose responsibilities include collecting intelligence through various signals and crypto as well as providing cybersecurity. There are a multitude of ints and each with a specific niche, SIGINT is the baseline and is basically all things signals intelligence gathering. Phone lines, communication means, radar are all ways, anything that does not involve a human talking to another human is basically SIGINT. From there is splits to further down the line with ELINT which is SIGINT but without the communications coming to and from, an example would be a radar system coming online which is in part attributed to TechElint which I have never heard of despite being in the situation many times in my profession where I was provided such data. Telint is the interception and analysis of signals transmitted from weapons or aircraft such as a test-fired missile. When it first came to be, TeLint relied on picking up the signals via ground stations which was not ideal in a clandestine situation, it has since however evolved to the use of satellite stations to detect these signals. It proves useful in the case of North Korea test firing their ICBMs so we can monitor their acts of aggression.
