Topic - Learning Style Explain which theory of learning and learning style is applicable to the way in which you learn best. (see Chapter 9). Describe the stages of group development and apply it to an example from your nursing experience (see Chapter 8). Topic- Conflict Conflict can arise on a daily basis in the workplace; it may be from peers, a manager, doctor or patients/family. A patient's family member comes to you as you begin your shift. They family begins telling you that " this hospital has terrible staff and they are ignoring the patient and if he dies, I'll sue you". They are demanding that they speak to the nurse in charge. You tell her that you are the charge nurse, but she snaps back that you could not possibly be in charge as you are too young. Using the "STABEN" approach to conflict resolution please explain how you would approach this situation.
