Recently there is a lot of new approaches to weight loss: low carb, high fiber. paleo, vegan , intermittent fasting, just to name a few.
I want to know, in your opinion, which one would be the healthiest way to loose extra pounds, and why. You will need to include the article you used to base your opinion.
