3. Which qualifications do you think you might be able to substitute or talk your way around?
For instance, I once applied for a consulting position with Ford World Headquarters. The job requires 5 years training experience. I had 2. I convinced them that another type of related experience counted toward what they were looking for and got the job anyway!
4. What specific "soft skills " are they looking for? Describe your asserts that would fulfill these qualifications. Give specific examples.
5. For your first interview what 5 question would you write down to ask? Name 5 and why you would ask them?
