Based on the analysis of your company (Tesla, Patagonia, Alphabet, Netflix, and Microsoft),
i. Choose and describe a situation in two to three sentences in which management could have utilized a control process for improvement.
ii. Then, explain your recommendation(s) based on the control process as shown in the chapter and videos. Since all students can read your posts, the situation set-up should inform and provide context with the background etc. for other students.
