Discussion Post: Change Management
Read the article, 10 Principles of Change Management. In the article, the authors advocate for diagnosing an organization's culture (that is, principle 8: Address culture explicitly), which is often considered the most difficult aspect to evaluate when diagnosing organizations.
1) Speculate on at least two challenges that business leaders might face when diagnosing organizational culture during substantial business transition within a company.
2) Propose key strategies to mitigate the challenges in question and support your response.
3) From the article, select one principle that you mostly agree with and examine its fundamental strengths and weaknesses. Include one example or scenario in which you could apply the chosen principle to support your response.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
