I think recycling should be required because it brings benefits, for the environment and economy. When we recycle, we lessen the need for mining, which is both expensive and harmful to the environment. By repurposing materials we save resources, conserve energy, and decrease pollution. Personally, I make it a habit, to recycle because it's an impactful way to support sustainability. Recycling helps reduce waste in landfills, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and generate employment opportunities in the recycling department. Requiring everyone to recycle ensures that all individuals take part in these initiatives leading to a more sustainable world for generations to come.
