After reading and understanding the Roman Philosophy Lecture, consider the following: Do you see yourself agreeing more with the Stoics or the Epicureans, and why? Which group has better, smarter, or more practical views? Finally, consider how applying some of the ideas of either of these two philosophies might help you in your own life.
