Discussion Post: Environmental Science
In this posting, you will be exploring environmental policy implementation and enforcement. Specifically, you will complete the following:
a) Describe three ways in which environmental policies are either implemented or enforced.
b) Explain the roles of the legislative, executive, and judiciary branches in environmental policy implementation and enforcement.
c) Specify which branch you believe has the most power to implement and enforce environmental policies in the United States. Justify your response.
