Before doing this problem, make sure you read the materials posted in the Readings Folder on Identifying Conversations.
Keep a log of difficult conversations. You can also include difficult conversations that you have had during the past month. Post a discussion of a difficult conversation that you have had within the past two weeks. Discuss whether it was an Information conversation, an Identity Conversation or an Emotional conversation. Which conversation were you having? Was the other person having the same kind of conversation or was it different? Many times when there is conflict it is because the parties are not having the same kind of conversation. Give a specific example or examples.
