Whether world trade organization influences global trade

Problem:

Can you help me with a response and question to this discussion post: Yes, I agree that the World Trade Organization (WTO) influences global trade. The WTO sets rules for international trade and helps resolve disputes between countries, ensuring smoother trading processes. By promoting free trade, it encourages countries to trade goods and services with fewer barriers like tariffs, which benefits economies around the world. China is an attractive location for many businesses due to its large population, low labor costs, and strong manufacturing infrastructure. The government offers incentives for foreign companies, making it easier to establish operations there. In the U.S. and other developed economies, the service sector is growing faster than manufacturing because of increased demand for services such as healthcare, technology, and education. Many of these economies have shifted away from labor-intensive manufacturing to focus on services. Supply chain management differs between services and manufacturing in that services focus more on customer interaction and experience, while manufacturing emphasizes the physical production and distribution of goods. Both will require efficient resource management and planning.
