Select a new product or service that you will then be responsible for creating and describing the Operations integration.
This session you will be required to write the following sections:
Part 1: Product or Service: Describe the product or service to be added to the company.
Part 2: Company Information:
Mission - You should describe, in detail, the mission of the company and how you will integrate the operations of the NPD or NSD into that mission.

Part 3: Forecasting Information - Describe, in detail, the purpose, time interval and technique for your operation. Explain your reasoning and demonstrate your understanding of the technique to be used.
