a. Identify the client organization and type of client (work team, unit, department, division, etc.)
b. Describe the client organization, that is, what do they do?
c. Where does the dept/team fit within the larger organization?
d. Describe how they are organized/structured; hierarchy (leader's title), members roles/types of jobs, population (how many work there).
e. Identify their OD issue (change problem or challenge) and readiness for change (readiness to deal with this issue)
Create a problem statement and roughly map out the stages in Block's 5- step work Flawless Consulting Peter Block plan to solve the problem. Imagine what you would do at each stage of the approach.
