In this picture power is shown by the stereotyping placement of subservient minority people (as employees) "bowing" to the stereotype of the "social power" (white male dominance)-because it is an ad for technology blends together the fluid movement of our society and cultural changes that have taken place.
On the other hand it could be an ad for the power of runners as strong as the INTEL processor...
