In it, they say that "a company's competitiveness derives from the price/performance attributes of current products. This could relate to the ‘S" analysis as well as the technology strategy and its appropriability. Discuss how, and what else can it be related too.
2. When it really comes down to it, managing an organization for innovation and depth of knowledge has to do with Absorptive Capacity. Discuss this comment from the perspective of the individual and the organization, the role of prior knowledge and the creation of cognitive structures.
